Front hot holding display oven at 66C (ambient) Beverage cooler at 3.2C (ambient) Prep cooler at 2.3C; inserts had internal temperature around 3.9 - 4.2C Cresco hotholding pizza oven measure at 65C Pizza poofing shelves are timed for 60 mins Walk in cooler at -0.7. Chest freezer at -20C Fresh sanitizing solution was made at time of inspection. Measured 200 ppm QUATS at 3 compartment sinks and sanitizing bucket for cloths. Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection. Temperature logs are maintained and available. No signs of pest at time of inspection General sanitation is satisfactory Permit posted at the front.
