Follow up inspection:
-Under-the-counter beverage cooler was at 4.3 degrees C at the time of inspection. Manager informed that they are planning to replace or repair this cooler to maintain temperatures at or below 4 degrees C on a consistent basis prior to re-stocking it with chocolate milk in the future since its' temperature fluctuates throughout the day.
-Time-stamps (up to 4 hours maximum) were in place for the beef patties stored in the upper inserts of the prep. cooler. Manager is aware to continue the time-tracking procedures for the beef patties until this cooler can be repaired or re-serviced to maintain temperatures at or below 4 degrees C. Upper component of this prep. cooler was at 8.5 degrees C and lower component of this cooler was at or below 4 degrees C at the time of inspection.
