Cooked chicken being reheated by microwave at time of inspection. Bleach sanitizer available. Food spill in dry storage room cleaned up. Noted another dried up liquid spill under shelf, please clean this area as well. Small amount of mice droppings still present around front retail connecting to back kitchen area. Extra equipment behind chest freezer has been removed. Discussed with operator that cleaning must be done regularly and thoroughly to monitor for pest activity. Please secure the wall tile in front of the meshed wires as directed, this is a more permanent solution to prevent pest entry.
