-Follow-up inspection to September 20, 2021.
-Ice machine was emptied and cleaned and sanitized. Ensure ice machine is emptied on a regular basis and is cleaned and sanitized to prevent potential mould growth.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. Ensure equipment is soaked to loose dried food debris when cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
-Raw meats were properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Foods were properly covered and protected with food grade materials at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe foods stored in opened cans at the time of inspection.
-Phones were properly stored at the time of inspection and not on food contact surfaces.
