Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution buckets are missing in burger/sandwich prep area and front blizzard prep area.
Corrective Action(s): - Provide sanitizer solution buckets in above areas and ensure that fresh solution is filled every two hours.

Comments

- All handsinks in front, back kitchen, cake area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - front drink cooler, blizzard, smoothie, milk coolers and walk-in cooler are maintained at temperatures less than 4C
- All freezers - walk-in, three upright cake freezers, line freezer and front display cake freezer are all measured at less than -18C
- HOt holding unit for gravy and burger patties is measured greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution in bucket at the front and three compartment sink dispenser is measured at 200ppm concentration
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C during final rinse at the dish surface
- NO pest activity at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.

NOTE: Maintain temperature records on consistent basis
