Opening inspection the following items have been submitted to our office: 1. Floor plan with additional improvements - approved on Nov. 25 2020 2. Covid-19 safety plan 3. Copy of the legal document 4. Pest control invoice; Kwality Pest control. Insure to provide traps beside the receiving door 5. Cleaning procedure was submitted to the district inspector at the time. The following items still need your attention; Back storage area; shelving for the dry goods to be installed. Staff area; finish all drywall, painting, floor to be sealed. Dishwashing area; wall to be protected with washable surface. hand wash stations to be supplied with disposable paper towels, liquid soap. Self serving area: 1. install sanitizers 2. signs reminding patrons to wash or use sanitize their hands 3. all utensils used at the self serving must be cleaned and sanitized more frequently. Owner proposing to clean every 2 hrs. Follow up inspection will be conducted. Note: all coolers to be supplied with accurate thermometers and daily temp. logs.
