Thermometer present in unit for monitoring. - Correction Order (issued 19-Apr-2022) rescinded/lifted as required action has been completed. Pending Violation: - Code 311 - Refer to routine inspection report (08-Apr-2022) for corrective actions to be taken for stainless steel countertop. To be corrected by 06-May-2022 Note: Weather stripping at back door has been replaced.
