All freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Both dishwashers reached 71 degrees Celsius at the plate surface during final rinse.
Ensure that all bottles of sanitizer are labelled. Label has worn off of one of the bottles.
Ensure that temperatures of dishwashers and fridges are being monitored and recorded daily.
Liquid soap and paper towel available at handsinks.
