Routine inspection conducted: - Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Cooler operating at 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. - Tools in drawers in sanitary condition. - Not much food stored on site. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 71'C at the plate level after final rinse. NOTE: Temperature gauge for "rinse temperature" is inaccurate. Ensure to obtain dishwasher test strips to have rinse temperature monitored on a regular basis. - Instruction provided on how to get dishwasher ready. Dishwasher takes at least 1-2 hrs to be ready to use. - No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. General sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout.
