Routine inspection conducted:

- Kitchen cooler at 2 degrees C
- Freezers functional
- Food is stored safely at the time of inspection
- Sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle at approx. 200 to 400 ppm quats. Sanitizer is prepared according to manufacturer's directions for food contact surfaces, according to kitchen manager.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 73 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse.
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- General sanitation is excellent. Dry storage area is well organized.
- No evidence of pest activity noted
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection
- Temperature records maintained
- Permit posted
