Routine check of food store. Pre-packaged food and re-packaging of food (chocolates and candy). No food preparation. All food to be from approved sources. ***Ensure that accurate ingredient information is available for all food. Be able to show customers ingredient information if not on package. Cooler and freezer temperatures are satisfactory. Double sink available. Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels available for hand washing. Use 1 tsp plain, domestic bleach in 1 liter of water to sanitize any tongs or food contact surfaces (wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry). Pest monitoring and pest control program in place. Copy of this report will be emailed to operator. Inspection carried out with staff on site today.
