Facility not in operation at this time.
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
Food contact surfaces sanitizer at 100 ppm bleach.
Walk-in cooler at 2C.
2 chest freezers measured at -18C or less.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 71.1C at the plate level.
Kitchen hood in sanitary condition. Next cleaning due Sept 15, 2023.

Note: a thermometer in the walk in cooler to be replaced.
Ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared by adding 2ml (1/2tsp) of bleach to 1L of water.
