All temperatures satisfactory:
-2 Ice cream display freezer in front : -25 deg C (left) and -22 deg C (right)
-All other freezers <-18 deg C
-All coolers <4 deg C, foods in coolers are covered
-temperature logs maintained daily
-Observed proper hygiene/handwashing during inspection
-Quat sanitizer in rag bucket at 200 ppm quats
-general sanitation satisfactory, ensure to continually maintain and clean thoroughly under the deep fryer where oil/debris can accumulate
-No signs of pests
-Fumehood is clean
