Observation: * Build up of grime/debri found on stainless steel racks and legs of tables/equipment; Also, there was some build up of grime/debris under shelving in storage room too

Observation: * Undercounter cooler across from grill/cooking line not working; repair to be done in the month; no food being stored in it at time of inspection and staff not to store food in it until properly working
