Observation: There are tubes leading from the cooling fan units in the meat processing room directly into two separate 3 compartment sinks (into the 3rd compartment). These tubes have water dripping out of them into the drain of the 3rd compartment of these sinks.
Corrective Action(s): Operator will be getting the pipes re routed such that there is no water dripping into the 3 compartment sinks where knives and utensils/cutting boards are washed/rinsed/sanitized.
