Follow up inspection:

-Manisha Sweets & Restaurant (LTD) at 27100 Fraser Hwy Aldergrove does not have a health approved food safety plan for the pickled food products and does not currently have health approval for producing, selling, or distributing achar or pickled products to retail stores according to their district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health. 6 containers of these pickled food items were present on-site at the time of inspection.
-6 containers of pickled foods (mangoes, carrots, kerala, lemon, green chillies, and mixed pickle) were removed from the point of sale by the staff member after she spoke to the Operator of the retail store and will be returned to the supplier. A note to "return" the products was placed over them in the storage area that is not open to the public.
-Ensure food products are obtained from approved sources that have health approval to sell/distribute the specific food products that are received at this facility.

The following still requires correction:
1. Ensure the faucet at the 3-compartment sink can be used to fill running water into all three compartments of the sink units. Currently, it only reaches the first and second compartment.
2. Replace the ceiling tile near the 3-compartment sink.

Please contact your district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health if you have any questions.
