Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-CELRY8 of May-20-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Mulitple food spatulas stored between food prep sink and blizzard station. Sanitized food equipment stored together with food inventory and product boxes on drain board. Correction: Cleaned, sanitized food equipment and utensils are to be stored in a sanitary location that protects them from contamination prior to their next use.

Reviewed hot dog cooking process. Raw weiners observed placed in cooking section of grill. Clean spatulas located on wall magnetic strip. 3 compartment sink correctly set-up for manual dishwashing process. Drain board area kept clear for sanitized dishware. Mop sink hose located in mop sink. Wiping rags in use stored in sanitizer reservoir. Required premise cleaning conducted. Storage locker light tube has been replaced.
