Observation: The front cake cooler was at 7 degC. Thermostat adjusted during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure that your coolers are below 4 degC. Have thermometers in all your coolers and record all your cooler temperatures daily.

Observation: There's no light in the dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the light bulb. You need to have light in this room for cleaning purposes.

-All the other coolers are below 4 degC
-Freezers are below -18 degC
-All other handsinks are fully equipped. Paper towel needs to be in a mounted dispenser at the front handsink.
-Dishwasher rinse temperature is 71 degC.
-200ppm bleach is available in a spray bottle on-site
-Discussed FS level 1 recertification. Any certificates issued before 2013 expire on July 29, 2018. The operator(s) need to get recertified. Find a course taught in korean to get recertified this summer.
