Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice was store on the counter under ambient room temperature. Internal product temperature measured at 28C. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the aforementioned cooked rice. Potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or less or 60C or above.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Glass washer measured with 0 ppm iodine at plate level. This is a repeated violation. Iodine stock bottle was observed to be empty.
2. One quats sanitizer spray bottle for oven was measured with 0 ppm in concentration.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Staff switched out the iodine stock bottle. 12.5 ppm iodine was measured at plate level after line was primed. All glasses that were sanitized by the glass washer must be re-sanitized again.
2. Aforementioned sanitizer spray bottle was refilled with 200 ppm quats sanitizer. Ensure sanitizer spray bottle is filled with adequate amount of sanitizer.
