302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: No approved sanitizer available at the time of the inspection Corrective Action(s): All food equipment need to be cleaned and sanitized with approved sanitizer/bleach at all times. This violation to be corrected immediately as a CRITICAL HAZARD. Violation Score: 15

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: All food equipment need to be properly washed/rinsed/sanitized Corrective Action(s): As we discussed, all food equipment need to be washed and sanitized to avoid any cross contamination or bacterial growth. Since you do not have a proper dishwashing area at the back storage we agreed to install additional sink at the front hand washing station that will be utilized for further dishwashing until you have a proper food floor approval at the back. As you do not have a minimum requirements s met , please disconnect the food service at this location ( such as coffee and pop from dispensing machine ). Violation Score: 9 312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18] Observation: As we discussed in our previous inspection to clean up the back storage area. Corrective Action(s): All items not required for food premises operation to be removed from the food storage area, at the back. Follow up inspection will be conducted next week. Violation Score: 3

Owner still is working on the Food Safety requirements for cleaning food equipment. For now, you do not have any approval to serve coffee or pop from the dispensing machine. You can only serve prepackaged food items at this time.
