Temperatures:
- All cooler units registered a temperature of <= 4 deg C
- All freezers units registered a temperature of <= -18 deg C
- All food items that were hot holding registered a temperature >60 deg C

Sanitation:
- Handwashing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Noted minor build-up of grease on vents
- 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing
- Sanitizer solution registered at 200 ppm QUAT at source
- Sanitizer solution in buckets registered at 200 ppm QUATs
- No sign of obvious pests

General Comments:
- FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent requirement met at time of inspection
- Time/temperature logs maintained and available for review
- Mechanical dishwasher present but not working at time of inspection. Staff noted it is not in service.
