Observation: Cardboard used as liner for a small oven.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the cardboard and use appropriate materials for lining the facility. All surfaces in a food premises must be smooth, easily cleanable and imprevious to moisture.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Gravy was being hot held at over 60.0C.
Food contact equipment noted sanitary and in good condition.
QUAT sanitizer spray bottles noted with 150 PPM (still acceptable as per manufacturer's label but staff refilled the bottle as the concentration is closer to the lowr end) and 200 PPM QUAT.
Wall mounted sanitizer spray bottle noted at 400 PPM QUAT.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
General sanitation and organization satisfactory.
FoodSafe level 1 equivalent certificate verified.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspeciton.
