Inspection after renovation: facility still not ready: -Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels -Dishwasher temp >71 oC -No food prep -Quats sanitizer >200 ppm ** Cleaning is outstanding- clean and sanitize all coolers, ice machine , counter, and deep clean the floor **Coolers temp except the the one door under counter cooler beside ice machine ( temp 28 oC) is satisfactory, ** Storage area is not inspected Approval to re- open is subject to addressing the above noted issues Send a report re: addressing noted issues the attention of the area inspector prior to food preparation/resuming operation.
