Routine Inspection Hand washing sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Quats sanitizer in spray bottle registered at 200 ppm. Staff observed wearing hair nets. Retail coolers at 4 C or below. Back walk-in cooler at 4 C or below. **Undercounter cooler is at 6 C - staff were aware of this and a service request has already been placed to have the cooler repaired today. Reminder, do not obstruct the adjacent food kiosk''s hand sink.
