*General sanitation excellent. No pest issues observed in kitchenette area.
*Two-compartment dish sinks in working condition. Sinks also supplied with liquid soap and paper towels for hand washing.
*Hot dogs are boiled and then transferred to warmer. Warmer and steambaths at or above 60 C during inspection.
*All baked goods wrapped and protected from contamination.
*Quats sanitizer available from dispenser at 200ppm. Note: discussed use of quats or bleach sanitizer for soaking cloths with operator. Ensure cloths are kept in a solution of sanitizer between uses, and that these are used to wipe down food contact surfaces prior to use.
*Three coolers (one domestic-grade) at or below 4 C. Drinks coolers also at or below 4 C - no perishable items stored inside.
*Temperature logs kept.
