Facility is closed on Mondays to conduct cleaning. Inspection was done while facility was closed. Operator explained they have this day to do deep cleaning.

-Permit is displayed in a conspicuous location
-Handwash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-All coolers (stand-up cooler, and domestic fridge cooler) are below 4C
-Both trunk freezers and domestic freezer are below -18C
-High Temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
-Sanitizer spray bottle is available and achieves 100ppm Chlorine
-Dry food storage is satisfactory
-No signs of pest activity
-Public washrooms are clean
