Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Both glasswashers were not able to have a residual of 12.5 ppm iodine at plate level. Manager contacted repair person at time of inspection. (0ppm)
Corrective actions: Rewash glassware in the back kitchen dishwasher. Do not use glasswasher until it is able to leave a sanitizer residual of greater than or equal to 12.5 ppm Iodine. Use the dishwasher at the kitchen for glasswashing. Manager relayed information with staff.

Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection done on May 24.
- glasswashers were able to leave a residual of 12.5 ppm Iodine at plate level.
*Ensure to monitor the sanitizer level regularly throughout the day.
- Sanitation in the kitchen improved greatly. Ensure to reach into hard to reach areas when conducting daily cleaning.
- More work needed for the bar area, to improve sanitation. Manger advised that a scheduled cleaning for the bar is coming soon. Ensure to clean all the surfaces, and hard to reach areas.
- All foods are covered. Chef advised splash guard has ordered for the sink.
*Chest freezer lid was covered with duct tape. Repair/replace the lid so it can be smooth again to aid cleaning.
