-Paper towel and liquid soap are available at hand washing sink, thanks for installing splash gaurd - Temp of all coolers and freezer satisfactory (<4 oC and < -18 oC ) - High temp dishwasher temp >71oC at plate (after 2 runs) -Bleach solution in spray bottle and bucket for wiping rags>100 ppm -Accurate thermometers are available -All sandwiches/deserts are received from approved suppliers -Log sheet is on site and up to date -General sanitation is ok at time of visit. -No sign of pests noted. ** Ensure to have enough FS trained staff on duty at all time. No signature is obtained , a copy will be sent via email.
