Observation: Health approval was not sought by school and food service establishment operator after completing renovations. Facility has been extended significantly from existing location. New equipment has been installed as well.
Corrective Action(s): Conditional approval to operate has been given, on the condition that a floor plan of the new facility with an equipment list be submitted to Fraser Health by October 5, 2017, otherwise, face enforcement action. Addtionally, if existing menu has changed, provide a new menu and an updated food safety plan by October 5, 2017.
