Observation: No log sheets being maintained
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to record monitoring data for temperature of coolers, freezer and hot holding of foods (at least twice daily) and sanitizer level in dishwasher and spray bottle ( at least once daily) and keep log sheets on site for inspection.

* Menu is changed a bit, please send a copy of revised menu along with FSP for added items
- Temp. all coolers, freezers are satisfactory
- Dishwasher is installed chlorine >100ppm
- 3 comp sink still in place is ok
- Paper towel + liquid soap are provided
-Good personal hygiene note by staff- hair control, clean uniform- washing hands.
- Overall Sanitation is good
- Sanitizer in spray bottle >100ppm
-Cooling stick is being use for cooling stews/liquid foods
* Ensure to organize the upright freezer- too crowded- frequent deliveries or adding more freezer space is recommended.
* Organize the walk in cooler to avoid potential contamination - one shelving unit only for veg/produce- one for cooked foods/ and one for raw animal origin foods.
