Observation: Automated Quat dispenser has been disconnected for a planned repair this weekend. Facility to use Quat solution (for dishwashing only) available in Cafeteria kitchen nearby until repair work is complete. OK.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the dispenser repaired and notify the health inspector once complete.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in buckets to hold wiping cloths.
- Drink stirrers stored in ice water.
- General food storage practice satisfactory.
- Professional pest control company contracted.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
