Temperature monitoring system in place. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - 200ppm Quats available in buckets to hold wiping cloths. - Drink stirrers stored in ice water. - General food storage practice satisfactory. - Professional pest control company contracted. - No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
