401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser out of paper towel and no other paper towel available in kitchen. Corrective Action(s): Chef placed stack of paper towels on table for staff to dry their hands. Order placed today for paper towel. Ensure paper towel dispenser is always full and in working order at handwashing sink to allow staff to properly dry their hands. Violation Score: 5

Follow-up inspection: ***all violations from June 28th report still outstanding, with the exception of one prep cooler now being equipped with a thermometer -chef to order thermometer for other prep cooler, and extras -bleach used as sanitizer in the kitchen, quats dispenser not in use -EHO to email chef templates for Food Safety and Sanitation Plans, include detailed plans for three different style menu items and a section on wedding events -renos have not taken place yet, submit floor plans for upcoming renos -follow-up inspection to be conducted in a week
