Operator added commercial three comp sink plus a handwash station for future food and possible food service addition. **Make sure to contact this office and discuss next steps if planning to serve ready to eat foods of sorts. This will be a service change with possible permit fees and Foodsafe training for on-site staff or operator. Should be a pretty easy process to add or change service. Cooling units ok. less than 4 C. Freezers ok. Below -18 C Mop sink and washrooms in place and look fine. Please verify with me the source of Uno Gelato and ice cream products as this product seems to lack proper labelling.
