Observation: High Temperature dishwasher: temp is low 66 at plate, 142 oF at rinse gauge.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher, temp at rinse to be at least 180 oF (82 oC) in the meantime sanitize all dishware by soaking in sanitizer either quats or bleach solution for at least 2 minutes.

- Handwashing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
-Quat sanitizer in bucket was at 200 ppm
- Walk-in freezer not in use - no food was stored in freezer at time of inspection
- All chest freezers were at or below -18
- All coolers were at or below 4C
-No hot holding at time of visit (end of lunch hour), one of the steamer is not working Hot holding units were all >60C
- Temperature logs well maintained
- Accurate thermometers present
- Food storage very organized, covered and labelled with dates
- General sanitation very good
- No signs of pests noted at time of inspection
-Temp log sheet is up to date good.
