- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel

Main Kitchen
- Walk in cooler at 3C. Food is safely organized, covered, and stored off the floor.
- Walk in freezer at -18C.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 75C at utensil surface during final rinse
- Quats available from dispensers and in labelled buckets at 200 ppm. Quats solution from the two dispensers is measured at 200ppm concentration.
- Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition.
- Hot holding units not in use at the time of inspection
- Dry storage well organized
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certification is verified

Servery
- Domestic cooler at 4C. Thermometer available.
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Ice machine sanitary. Scoop stored safely in clean container.
- Steam table not in use at time of inspection.

2nd floor has small kitchenette was in use for recreational purposes. Food is served in dining area (breakfast, lunch dinner). Handsink is adequately stocked. No cooler or freezer on 2nd floor
