Routine inspection. Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Handwash station in washroom is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Walkin cooler at 3c. Walkin freezer at -23c. Deep freezer at -18c. No foods are located on the floor in processing area. All foods are from approved sources. Invoice was available onsite for food items and their suppliers. Operator showed the invoices to Environmental Health officer during time of inspection. Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration for sanitizing. Sanitizer was stored in bucket and rags are being kept in sanitizer. No pest issues noted during this inspection.
