Concession not in operation at time of follow up inspection Ensure logs are recorded and retained when in operation for horse show events as discussed. This demonstrates that you are doing your due diligence as an operator especially in the event of a food borne illness complaint. Filters observed to have been changed on the commercial cooler and freezer. Cooler cold holding at 2c and freezer at -18c.
