=FOH and BOH handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Walk-in cooler (1C), pizza prep cooler (1C), coffee creamer dispenser (2C), and walk-in freezer (-33C) measured within adequate temperatures. "on-the-go" cooler and grab and go coffin cooler are not in use for storage of PHFs
=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Staff able to demonstrate manual warewashing method, however dishware is washed upstairs in the main dishwashing area
=Sanitizer solution approximately 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, with the exception of the violation noted above
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection
=Mechanical room ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection, FOODSAFE level 1 certified staff on site. Have certificate on site for inspection at all times
Pizzas are time tracked using a time tracking sheet. Pizzas hot held for 40 minutes then discarded

Facility has changed operation to Pizza Pizza. name change application completed at the time of inspection. Ensure that changes to the facility such as equipment removal/addition, menu change, or major operation changes are reviewed with the area inspector prior.
