Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): AGAIN observed pooled raw egg storage in the fridge -operator indicates because it is in small container and just for the day's use this is okay.
Corrective Action(s): As per the direction provided and pamphlets provided in english and korean you are to no longer pool raw egg and store for later use. Once a raw egg is cracked open it must be cooked immediately.

Further infractions will require escalation of enforcement such as ticketing in the amount of $345 per infraction
