Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of walk in cooler & display coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezer at -10C & -8C
- Hot holding units recorded above 60C
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in spray bottle and dispenser mounted at 3 compartment dishwashing sink. Drain plugs available.
- Meat grinder and slicer maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Nov, 2024)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
