Inspection conducted for ownership change.

No change in service or menu. Ensure to contact EHO and submit new food safety plans if food service and items are to change.
Old equipment has been removed out of premise. No change in floor plan.
Premise is sanitary with no signs of pest activity. Facility is monitored by pest control company.
Hot and cold running water available. Hand sinks have paper towels, liquid soap and running water.
3 compartment sink in use. 200 to 400 ppm quat sanitizer available.
Dishwasher final rinse is at 72.5C at the plate (This unit takes 2 runs to warm up to required temperature).
Cooking units are in good working order. Fume hood is operational and maintenance is up to date.
Walk in cooler at 3C. 2 stand up freezers at -18C and -19C.
Temperature monitoring and logs in use.
Dry storage is satisfactory. Food is stored at least 15 cm off the ground on shelving.
Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink.
Utensils and equipment in good working order.
