Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer observed to have old food debris present on backside of blade.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to disassemble meat slicer completely after each use and throroughly clean and sanitize all parts.

- All handwashing sinks were equipped with hot water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer available at dispenser and in several spray bottles at 200 ppm
- Walk-in cooler measured to be 4C
- Undercounter prep coolers measured to be 3C
- Upright cooler measured to be 2C
- Walk-in freezer measured to be -30C
- No hot holding was being done at time of inspection
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 76C on plate surface during final rinse cycle
- Daily temperature logs well maintained
- Food storage organized, labelled, dated, and protected from contamination
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition, scoop stored appropriately using designated scoop holder
- Coffee station in dining area was clean, supplied with quat sanitizer in spray bottle and proper handwashing facilities
- General sanitation very good
- Pest control in place, no signs of pests noted at time of inspection
