All 19 requirements checked as per previous report. #2, 3, 18 and 19 are incomplete but remaining requirements are completed. Saw dust also noted on several surfaces. please clean and sanitize all surfaces. There is power outage as of 1 hour ago prior to inspection. You must restore power in order to open for business. Please have 4 listed requirements above completed and restore power. Contact health unit when this is done. Occupancy limit is at 36 as per City of Burnaby. **Health approval not granted to open.
