Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Watched staff change gloves with out washing hands, then when advised to wash hands only used cold water.
Corrective Action(s): Remind all staff of proper hand washing practices such as when to wash (i.e. after every possible contamination) and how to wash (with soap, warm water and paper towel).

- Hand sinks were well stocked and easily accessible
- All food is put away in coolers/freezers
- Food is stored 6 " off the floor
- A couple food grade containers have been purchased, swap out the remaining orange non-food grade containers
- Do not use Latex gloves, switch to vinyl or neoprene.
- All other items have been corrected
