Observation: 1. Buckets of raw meats were stored beside vegetables in the glass door cooler.
2. Opened can of olive was stored in the preparation cooler with a plastic bowl inside.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Separate the raw meats from vegetables. Raw meats must be stored away from fruits, vegetables and ready to eat food to prevent contamination.
2. Food must be transferred out of the metal can into a food grade container once its opened. Plastic bowl should not be use to scoop food nor stored inside the can. Correct by: immediately.

Observation: Leaking drainage pipe noted at the 3 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the drainage pipe to ensure no leak of grey water. Correct by: Oct 16, 2023.

Observation: Single use paper towels not readily available at the two hand washing stations.
Correction: Staff move the roll of paper towels closer to the hand washing stations. Each hand washings station must provided liquid soap and single use paper towels at all times.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (sandwich, stand-up, under the counter) maintained at 4C or less.
- Chest freezer at -18C.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- Secondary cooked step observed for donair meats.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Storage practices satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
