Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable mix and balls were stored under ambient air temperature measured with an internal temperature of 23C.
Corrective Action(s): Person in charge discarded aforementioned food. Cold potentially hazardous food must be kept at 4C or less. Do not leave them under ambient air temperature.

Observation: 1. Glass washer at the bar area dispensed no trace of iodine. Stock iodine bottle was verified to be half full.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Wash and sanitize all glasses in the dishwasher.
2. Wash and sanitize all aforementioned metal hooks. Correct by: immediately.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on the wooden shelves at the dry storage area. Two dead rodents were found inside one of the metal trap.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all rodent droppings at the dry storage area. Provide most recent professional pest control report to the Environmental Health Officer for review. Correct by: May 5, 2023.

- Coolers (prep, walk-in, under the counter, stand-up) maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer at -18C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in buckets.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 71C at plate level. Reminder 71C is the minimum required temperature for proper sanitizing.
