Overall sanitation is satisfactory. Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel. Hot and cold running water available at all sinks,. Three-compartment sink used to perform manual dishwashing. Bleach available on site for sanitizer. 200 ppm chlorine detected. Front glass cooler at 2C empty. Fridge top -18C berries, bottom 2C pickles, vegetable cooler at 1C, dairy cooler at 3C eggs bottom is empty at -20C, storage freezers at -20C and -24C desserts and meats. No sign of pests at the time of inspection. Food protected from contamination with food grade lids and covers. Dry storage area organized. Permit posted in visible location. Food Safe Level 1 renewed July 2019. Premise in compliance and well maintained. Information and education given on private catering events.
