Report of Findings

Licensing received a complaint on June 14, 2019 regarding care and supervision concerns. The following details were provided:
- staff to child ratio is not being maintained.
- group size in the Infant/Toddler program exceeds the maximum capacity of 12 children.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews. Licensing determined the following contraventions:
- CCLR Section 34(2)(a) – Group Sizes and employee to children ratio
- CCLR Section 57 (2) (c) – Community care facility records

The Licensee is required to submit a corrective action plan. Licensing will review the corrective action plan.
