Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed:
- Dishwasher and surrounding area have been cleaned
- Ceiling has been cleaned and some ceiling tiles were replaced
- Chest freezer was pulled out and area behind was cleaned and the styrofoam which was under freezer has been removed.
- Thermometer has been supplied to cooler in dim sum preparation area
- Foods were protected from contamination at time of follow up inspection. Sweet corn chicken soup no longer stored in open tin cans.

Ensure that food premises continues to be maintained in sanitary condition with surfaces maintained in good repair.
Ensure that food continues to be protected from contamination at all times.
