Observation: Noted flies in the dirty dish storing area in the front kitchen. Fly traps were noted.
Corrective Action(s): Remove flies from the area. Fly traps work; however, keeping the area clean is the key approach. Ensure dirty dishes get cleaned immediately and keep the area dry as much as possible. Correct immediately.
